Since July of 1953, I.C. Reed & Sons, Inc. has been providing dead and live line maintenance and construction on medium and high voltage electrical transmission and distribution systems. While not a large company, we take pride in providing the best possible service to our customers.

We own and maintain a modern fleet of digger-derricks, material handling aerial lifts, and associated support equipment for both on and off-road work. Our crews and equipment have recorded many hours both on the road, and in various right-of-ways throughout the Northeast, building, re-building, and maintaining lines and substations for NHEC, Eversource, UNITIL, and various municipalities and industrial customers.

 

I.C. Reed & Sons, Inc. makes every effort to adapt to the changing needs of our customers by helping with scheduling, budgeting, turn-key projects, etc. All of our employees have cell phones and all pieces of major equipment have 2-way multi-band radios for direct communication with customer crews.

We are the oldest operating contractor of our type in New Hampshire, and we value our tradition and reputation of providing the highest quality of work with a well-equipped, highly motivated, professional, safety-minded work force.
